These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and hptoto ("We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Service") governing your access to and use of the hptoto website, mobile applications, and all associated services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with hptoto, you explicitly agree to:

2. Receive all communications from hptoto electronically via email, SMS, or in-platform notifications.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register or use our services if you are under legal guardianship, subject to bankruptcy proceedings, or otherwise legally restricted from entering into contracts.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

hptoto primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. You certify that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of account registration and each time you access our services. You acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legal grey area in Indonesia under the Public Gambling Act of 1867, which predates internet-based gambling. 3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted only one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. Households sharing an internet connection must register only one account.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an hptoto account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (to verify 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number with Indonesian country code (+62)
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Secure password meeting our complexity requirements

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Never share your password with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Immediately notify hptoto customer support if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

hptoto is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up-to-date. You agree to promptly update your account details if your email address, phone number, or residential address changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

hptoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 | Maximum Deposit: Unlimited (subject to daily transaction limits of your payment provider)

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits typically appear in your account balance within 2 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 | Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Processing times:

• Business Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00 WIB – withdrawals processed within 15 minutes
• Outside Business Hours: Withdrawals queued and processed first thing next business day
• Weekends & Public Holidays: Withdrawals processed on next business day

5.3 Verification Requirements

Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification if:

• The withdrawal amount exceeds Rp 10.000.000
• We detect unusual account activity or betting patterns
• You request withdrawal to a different payment method than used for deposits
• Your account has been dormant for more than 6 months

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

hptoto complies with international anti-money laundering standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500.000 before requesting withdrawal. This requirement prevents money laundering through our platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

hptoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion page at the time of activation. General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification
• Only one bonus can be active per Player at any given time
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly – they must be converted to real money by meeting wagering requirements
• Players detected abusing bonuses through multi-accounting or other fraudulent methods will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). For example:

Example: You receive a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with 30x wagering. You must place bets totaling Rp 30.000.000 (30 × Rp 1.000.000) before you can withdraw the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them.

6.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution
• Live Casino: 10% contribution
• Togel Lottery: 100% contribution

6.4 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from activation). Upon expiration, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account balance.

6.5 Maximum Bet Limits with Active Bonus

While an active bonus is in your account, maximum bet limits apply to prevent bonus abuse. Maximum bet per spin/hand/round: Rp 50.000. Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on hptoto are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. hptoto is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is subject to the following rules:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing sports authority. Results from unofficial sources are not accepted for settlement.
• Postponed/Cancelled Events: If a match is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes returned. Cancelled events result in automatic void and refund.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are void unless the specific market has already been determined (e.g., First Team to Score).
• Mix Parlay Rules: All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void due to cancellation, that selection is removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated accordingly.

7.3 Casino & Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds.

7.4 Togel Lottery Rules

7.5 Obvious Errors & Malfunctions

hptoto reserves the right to void bets and correct balances in cases of:

• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds displayed as 1000.00 instead of 1.10)
• Technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes
• Bets placed after an event has already concluded
• Duplicate bets caused by system errors

If a game malfunctions, all affected bets are voided and stakes are returned. In the event of a dispute, hptoto's decision is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live casino games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated multi-accounting, opposite-side betting, or other manipulative strategies.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting pricing discrepancies between hptoto and other bookmakers to guarantee profit (also called "sure betting").
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using hptoto services to launder proceeds from illegal activities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider for legitimate transactions.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

9. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

hptoto endeavors to provide uninterrupted service 24/7/365. However, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance when possible)
• Emergency technical issues or server failures
• Third-party infrastructure outages (ISPs, payment gateways, game providers)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, acts of war, government actions)

hptoto is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 No Warranty

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Game outcomes will meet your expectations or result in winnings

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hptoto's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

10. Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method
• Active bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited
• All pending bets will be settled before final balance calculation
• Account closure is typically completed within 48 hours

10.2 Self-Exclusion

For responsible gaming purposes, you may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 10.3 Termination by hptoto

hptoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities
• You fail KYC verification or provide false identity documents
• We are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities
• Your account remains dormant (no login or activity) for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination by hptoto for Terms violations, any remaining balance and winnings will be forfeited. If termination is due to regulatory requirements or dormancy, your balance will be returned minus any administrative fees.

10.4 Dormant Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 100.000, deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in before it is closed.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hptoto is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using hptoto services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to your use of hptoto services:

1. Customer Support Resolution: Contact our customer support team immediately via live chat or email. Most disputes are resolved quickly through direct communication.
2. Formal Complaint: If customer support cannot resolve your issue, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details. We will respond within 7 business days with our resolution.

11.3 Final Decision Authority
